Title- Wishful Thinking (October 14, 1989)
Games-Metroid.
This episode is pretty average. It has some nice moments but is more of a character building episode than anything threatening. We get to see that as mentioned before, Kid Icarus feels useless, and wishes he was bigger (didn’t he grow tall in one of the endings of the game? Anyway…) He makes a wish to become bigger and is pretty reckless about it, resulting in him becoming way too large.
Also Eggplant Wizard shows us that he can be devious and he with King Hippo takes control of the Metroid. I liked that they could actually be quite devious, differed from the usual idiot henchmen cliché.
Overall an average episode which compliments the series but isn’t great as a one off episode.
