As a fan of Nintendo animation, I felt that it had pretty small coverage on the web. I felt that some Nintendo animation is very fun and enjoyable to watch and although simple uses it's base materials cleverly. I love the way it can make a game, such as Super Mario Bros, seem like an actual working world. Also I've found that however coincidental, a fair few elements from these cartoon shows have actually happened in later games, such as Bowser/King Koopa's funny arrogance and behaviour, as well as the way Link had a fairy helper in the Zelda Cartoon. So to try and give the cartoons a site that is based on them, I created NAS. NAS is a site which gives you reviews and information on various shows such as Captain N, Super Mario Bros+3+World, and many more.
UPDATESWow, the last time I updated this place was in December huh? Not to mention that was purely to say Merry Christmas to anyone who actually reads this. Well, I've decided to start working on this place again, if there's actually anyone out there who reads this, they'll know that I'm often taking long hiatuses like this then finally decide to do something. I'd never let this place die, but I admit I've probably slowed down on it more recently. Still, I'm prepared to start making some more articles when I get the chance.
Another update is that I've actually got something new to talk about this time, specifically that the Nintendo Wii Shop channel actually has a whole new channel to download, specifically called "Kirby TV Channel" which is free and will allow you to watch episodes of the Kirby anime. There will be two new episodes a week, all free over the next 6 months. Needless to say, I'll be using this opportunity to make reviews of the weeks episodes. The Kirby anime's pretty controversial amongst most Kirby fans, but since this is free it might be worth checking out. For now I have the index up and a review of the TV Channel available on the Wii. More coming soon.
Finally I want anyone who reads this to remember, I did this for fun ok? I realise none of these shows have ever been Batman the Animated series or popular Animes such as Bleach. I even know about the Youtube Poop videos which use most of these shows to make funny videos with (especially the whored out Mama Luigi) So really there's no need to sit here saying about how these shows suck. I know that really, they do pretty much suck, but I enjoy them, and I've never found them boring as I get a kick out of seeing various things from the games animated. So if you're reading for some lighthearted reviews, and you quite like the shows then click on one of the links below to read the Reviews I've got up. If you hate this site and everything about it, then go an look at a site you'll enjoy, I mean noone's forcing you here.
Also no commenting is available on here. This is mainly as I don't want any criticism. Why? Well because really I just do this for fun, and I really couldn't care less if, for example, those boxers in Captain N weren't from Punch-out etc, I really just enjoy messing around with these funny old cartoons and trying to see if the games could even remotely fit in with them.
